Our designs are both functional and aesthetically appealing, tailored to modern living and working spaces. We are now looking to expand our online presence, particularly on the Houzz platform.
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Expert with specialized skills in managing and optimizing a business profile on the Houzz platform. This role involves building and maintaining our Houzz profile, sourcing and managing customer-generated content for Featured Projects, and handling daily lead management and organic content activities. The candidate must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours for effective collaboration with our marketing and sales teams based in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage the Modern Shelving business profile on Houzz.
* Actively contact customers to gather photos, videos, and testimonials for use in Featured Projects on Houzz.
* Manage and respond to daily leads and inquiries received through the Houzz platform.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Houzz.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align Houzz strategies with overall business goals.
* Monitor Houzz analytics to track performance and adapt strategies as needed.
* Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices on Houzz and in the residential home improvement industry.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media management, with specific expertise in Houzz.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong ability to source and manage customer-generated content.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
* Ability to work during PST business hours for team collaboration.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to social media management.
Preferred:
* Previous remote work experience for international clients.
* Background or interest in home improvement, interior design, or related fields.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. Architects with design skills are encouraged to apply.
