JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in elevating our company’s online presence and contributing to our marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass expanding our reach on social media and implementing effective strategies to promote our services within the community.

Responsibilities:

Expand company outreach, transitioning from initial clients to a wider audience to boost sign-ups.
Utilize algorithm proficiency to optimize content reach and engagement across various social media platforms.
Demonstrate strong video editing skills to craft compelling content for diverse platforms.
Actively engage and convert leads into potential clients, guiding them through the sales funnel for our credit repair program.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule, sharing content at least three times a day.
Develop and execute successful ad campaigns, editing videos on platforms such as Facebook, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Requirements:

Proven experience in maintaining an active and engaging social media presence.
Demonstrated success in expanding a company’s client base through strategic social media management.
In-depth understanding of algorithms governing major social media platforms.
Proficiency in various social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Proficient in video editing software/tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proven ability to convert leads and nurture them into sales.
Prompt response to potential leads, guiding them into the funnel for our credit repair program.
