We are expanding our digital footprint and are looking for a talented individual to join us on this journey.

We are in search of a skilled Social Media Expert with a strong focus on Pinterest.
This role involves developing and managing Modern Shelving’s Pinterest organic content to boost our online presence and engagement. The ideal candidate must be willing to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a strategic Pinterest content plan to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
* Create, curate, and manage all Pinterest content, including images, videos, and written posts.
* Engage with our audience on Pinterest, responding to queries and fostering a community.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align Pinterest strategies with overall marketing goals.
* Monitor and report on Pinterest analytics, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal performance.
* Stay updated with Pinterest trends and best practices, continuously innovating our approach.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on Pinterest.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in content creation, including photo/video editing.
* Familiarity with Pinterest analytics and social media marketing tools.
* Ability to work during PST business hours for collaboration with our US-based team.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* A proactive and creative approach to social media management.
Preferred:
* Experience working remotely for international clients.
* Background in design or home decor industry is a plus.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
