Are you a social media superstar with a track record of building up social media accounts and generating new leads? I’d love to hear from you!

I need someone who can build up my brand and online presence in order to gain a strong following and generate new leads.

This job will start only around 10 hours per week but has the potential to be a fulltime position if you are able to build up the brand as outlined below.

I am located in Australia, so this role will work on AEDT time.

You will be responsible for:
– Completely managing my social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to build it up and gain a strong organic following. This includes coming up with content ideas, captions, hashtag research, engagement etc.
– Creating all posts through Canva and video editing platforms
– Creating strategy plans to effectively increase organic followers and drive business
– Managing analytics and working to increase results
– Using your initiative to find trending content and implementing new ideas
– Driving business through social media channels

To be successful in this role you MUST have the following:
– Strong communication skills, fluent in English both written and verbal
– Experience managing social media accounts with proven track record of building up followers and leads
– Experience building a brand and following it through all channels
– Strong knowledge of social media and what works best on each different platform
– Ability to use your own initiative and be proactive in your approach
– Strong computer skills and high experience in Canva
– Be able to work a couple of hours per day during business time AEDT with the potential to increase as we grow
– Be willing to partake in company videos (you will record yourself), contribute team photos and be shown on our website.

Salary and Payment
– This role will pay $8 AUD per hour. You will only be paid for the hours you work. Currently I am looking for 10 hours per week but this has a strong potential to increase to full time.
– You will also receive a Christmas bonus equal to 4 weeks of pay
– You will need to invoice me at the end of each week for the hours worked and I will make payment via Remitly within 24 hours

Other notes
– The successful applicant will receive an email account through Microsoft Office with access to all office suite products
– You will need to download Microsoft Teams and be available to chat / video call throughout your working hours
– You will be added to our Canva team account where all design work will need to be done

This role is a very important aspect to my business and I would like someone dedicated who will take pride in their work. Once this has been managed effectively there will be an opportunity to take on other accounts and increase to full time work.
