SOCIAL MEDIA / FACEBOOK LEAD GENERATOR (CANADA-BASED Company)

We are looking for a somebody who can generate LEADS for our Company thru Facebook and other Social Media Platforms.

JOB DETAILS

Position:
– Social Media / Facebook Lead Generator

Target Customers:
– 90% FILIPINOS living in Canada
– 10% others
– Canada-wide

Scope of work:
– Answer all inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Phone Calls, Emails, and Website Chats
– Must generate LEADS from doing the above mentioned activities. The ultimate measure of campaign ads success is the results it generates for the company. He/She must be profitable compared to the Ads expenses spent.
– Knows how to Plan, Design & Create Facebook Ads is not required but will be an advantage to the candidate

Compensation Package:
– Base hourly salary of CAD$8/hour or P55,000 PH (Overtime may be applicable if necessary and acceptable)
– PLUS BONUS per deals that went thru = CAD$100 per deal (NO LIMIT or CAP)
– Above mentioned compensation is paid every 2 weeks (net of fees involved in money remittance platforms)
– 13th month pay / bonus (pro-rated based month months worked for that year)

Shift and Work Schedule:
– 8 hours a day
– 5 days a week
– 6pm – 2am shift (Philippine Time Zone) preferably but can be arranged later

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You must…
– Speak and Write fluent ENGLISH & FILIPINO language
(Default language is English but if customer is identified as Filipino, then you may speak / write in Filipino Language)
– Be able to converse with prospective clients with the objective to solicit their application to our program/s and covert them to become a viable LEAD.
– Must know how to use Facebook Messenger, Emails, and Chats in general
– Knows Email Re-Marketing to utilise previous potential clients and generate more leads
– Know how to use Google Sheets/Docs/Gmails, Facebook Page, Facebook Ads, Canva, Affinity Designer/Photo
– Have knowledge in AUTO LOANS, HOUSING LOANS, CASH LOANS in Canada is not required but an advantage
– Knowledge in Website SEO and minor website maintenance (Elementor Pro, WPForms, WordPress, etc) is an advantage (not required)
