**Job Overview:**
As a Social Media & Forum Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and managing memberships on relevant websites and forums in the tech and web hosting industry, as well as establishing and managing our social media presence across major platforms. You will ensure that our presence on these forums and social media channels is active and productive, and document basic protocols for each. This role requires excellent administrative skills, good English proficiency, and a basic understanding of servers and hosting technologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Forum Identification:** Research and find relevant websites and forums related to the tech and web hosting industry.
– **Account Management:** Sign up for and manage accounts on these forums, ensuring that our participation aligns with the company’s goals and policies.
– **Documentation:** Document basic protocols and guidelines for each forum, ensuring that all team members understand and follow best practices.
– **Content Contribution:** Participate in forum discussions, share insights, and represent DediRock Hosting in a professional manner.
– **Technical Knowledge:** Utilize basic knowledge of servers, KVM VPS, dedicated servers, and operating systems to contribute effectively to discussions and posts.
– **English Proficiency:** Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
– **Administrative Tasks:** Handle various administrative tasks related to forum management and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
– **Social Media Management:** Establish and manage social media pages on major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
– **Engagement Metrics:** Track and report key stats such as follower numbers and engagement rates.
– **Content Creation:** Develop and post content regularly to engage and grow our social media audience.

**Qualifications:**
– **Technical Knowledge:** Basic understanding of servers, KVM VPS, dedicated servers, and operating systems.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– **Organizational Skills:** Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
– **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
– **Research Skills:** Ability to identify and evaluate relevant forums and websites.
– **Social Media Skills:** Experience with social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
