Social Media/General Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a virtual assistant who can manage various tasks like: social media management, help me with creating proposals, manage e-commerce stores (Amazon, eBay, etc)

**Key Responsibilities
– Fully understand the brands’ values, mission, and product offerings
– Write compelling and accurate copy for posts, captions, and other social media content
– Ensure that all ad campaigns and organic posts align with the brand’s identity and effectively communicate the product’s benefit
– Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
– Create, manage, and optimise Facebook Ads
– Schedule and publish posts across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn
– Track and analyse metrics and performance and adjust strategies accordingly
– Create customised proposals based on the specific needs and goals of the customers
– Be guided and trained on how to create these customised proposals
– Help with brand awareness and reach new customers in various markets
– Product market identification (internationally and across different sectors. Sports, lifestyle, ohs, etc)
– Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives
– Edit videos for social media content

**Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
– Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
– Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn)
– Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and derive actionable insight
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
– Proficient in creating and curating engaging content
– Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
– Open to feedback and continuous learning
– International online marketplace knowledge, identification, listing, advertising and optimisation – Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, yahoo, etc. is a plus
