Social Media Graphic Designer

We’re looking to hire a full time Social Media Graphic Designer. We are a high growth startup that relies on executing an omni channel marketing strategy.

You will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Marketing Team. This role is fast-paced and requires individuals who are extremely motivated and looking for tremendous growth opportunities with one of the fastest growing companies in the United States.

Daily operations can change quickly, as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:

1. Creating Instagram content based on our brand guidelines using Canva

2. Posting Instagram stories daily at 12PM PST and optimizing them for engagement

3. Managing our social media content Calendar in Notion

4. Creating, Organizing, & Uploading Pins to Pinterest

5. Generating Sales, Leads, & Engagement across other social media platforms

6. Analyzing social media metrics using software like Later

7. Perform weekly Social Listening doc based on industry competitors social media accounts & posts.

8. Find prospects on Instagram based off our customer avatar and reaching out for sales opportunities.

9. Maintaining and organizing the content and UGC for all our brands

10. Organize all social media assets across all social platforms

11. Post on multiple social media platforms from Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and more

Requirements:

1. iPhone (Model within the last 2 years) and computer

2. High speed internet connection (Must send a speed test)

3. Experience and ability to use Facebook, Facebook Business, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest

4. 2+ years experience with social media management and operations

5. 2+ years of experience in content creation

6. Experience working with a U.S. company managing their Social Media

7. Experience with managing a social media content calendar

8. Experience using software to report on & analyze social media analytics

9. Experience with creating content using Canva or Adobe

10. Experience with scheduling out Social Media Posts & Managing Inboxes via platforms such as Later and Hubspot

11. Ability to read and write messages in English and create strong verbal messages on your own

12. Ability and willingness to learn the Greek Life and International Sports in depth in a requirement for this role

Bonus Perk: Individuals with knowledge of Greek Life and International Sports will be preferred

Working hours will be 8AM EST time to 5 PM EST time (Eastern Standard Time).

Must be flexible with working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Our company is growing very fast, candidates must be comfortable with changes to their position and daily responsibilities. We are looking for someone who will not only come in and pick up our systems and workflows quickly but also improve them for optimal results.
