Job Description

We are hiring for a part time VA & Personal Assistant who is skilled on social media, an absolute admin whiz & quick to learn new systems and platforms as required and truly considers this work a career for them they take pride in.

Your week in a nutshell:

– Light social media management
– Data Entry & admin support
– Engaging with my community (liking, commenting & following potential clients)
– Scheduling and posting content if and when needed
– Supporting me with easy audits
– Organize client lead flow into spreadsheets
– Celebrating

Our Ideal VA is:

– An excellent & proactive communicator (this is vital)
– Driven, caring, kind, organized, focused, flexible
– Passionate about making a difference in the lives of busy business owners who are doing it all and need to take a load off
– Looking to work for & with someone you actually have a relationship with
– Available at least 4-5 hours per week
– Proven background in efficient admin support
– Proven experience supporting content creators or online businesses

Instagram & Facebook Marketing & Lead Generation experience a bonus
