RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and execute on strategy for growing the company’s organic following on YouTube & Instagram
• Inform influencer of long form and/or short form content to be filmed
• Professionally edit and optimize raw video content for each platform
• Track performance data and prepare comprehensive reports on performance to CEO
• Suggest adjustments and changes to strategy. Be the “driver” behind the brand’s growth strategy.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• MUST HAVE at least 12 months of experience and a proven track record of growing the organic following of at least one brand on either YouTube or Instagram by an average of 4-5% per month minimum.
• MUST HAVE exceptional skills in video editing and a knowledge of how to optimize video content for each platform
• MUST HAVE completely reliable, fast, internet connection and ability to do video conferencing to coordinate strategy
• MUST HAVE fluent spoken English and feel comfortable conferencing with CEO on strategy
• MUST HAVE an in-depth knowledge of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and how to optimize an overarching strategy for growth on each platform
• Experience in growing brands on TikTok is preferred but not required
• Ability to take video content and create well performing image-based posts and carousels is preferred
