Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Craft and execute dynamic social media strategies on LinkedIn and Twitter aimed at expanding Scopenotes’ reach, augmenting our follower base, and boosting engagement within the B2B sector.
Social Media Management: Oversee the scheduling and distribution of content on LinkedIn and Twitter, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence. This role requires effective collaboration with our graphic designer for content visuals; however, content creation is not a primary responsibility.
Engagement and Expansion: Implement innovative strategies to grow our followers, enhance engagement levels, and identify industry influencers. Lead a targeted direct messaging campaign to promote Scopenotes to strategically selected audiences, employing advanced B2B marketing techniques for maximum impact.
Analytics and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across LinkedIn and Twitter, using insights to continuously refine and improve social media strategies for better alignment with B2B marketing goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, ensuring social media efforts are in sync with broader marketing strategies and business objectives, with a focus on lead generation.
Requirements
Proven B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable experience in managing and growing B2B social media accounts, specifically on LinkedIn and Twitter, with a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.
Social Media Savvy: Strong track record of success in social media management and growth, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and Twitter. A portfolio showcasing past successes and KPIs achieved is essential.
