Social Media Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Affiliate Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting affiliate links, sharing deals, and creating engaging content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Telegram, and others. Your primary objective will be to grow our fan base and followers while driving conversions through strategic advertising efforts.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Facebook page/group and Telegram channel, ensuring regular updates and engaging content.
Research and identify affiliate programs, deals, and products that align with our target audience’s interests.
Post affiliate links, deals, and articles on social media platforms, optimizing content for maximum engagement and conversion.
Create compelling and persuasive ad copy to drive clicks and conversions.
Monitor social media platforms for comments, questions, and feedback, and promptly respond to user inquiries.
Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continually improve performance and stay ahead of the competition.
Proactively seek out new opportunities to expand our online presence and reach new audiences.
Meet daily targets of adding 75 new followers to our social media channels and posting a specified number of ads.
Requirements:
Previous experience in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Proficiency in managing and growing Facebook pages/groups and Telegram channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising guidelines.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing principles and strategies.
Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and persuasive content.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of design tools and image editing software is a plus.
