Job Description

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company seeking a proactive and creative Social Media and Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has a knack for optimizing social media and paid advertising campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage our social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter(X), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
– Help plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of social media channels and paid ad campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies.
– Help create engaging, brand-aligned content, including posts, graphics, and videos.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive social media strategy that increases brand visibility and – engagement.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital advertising, implementing new tactics to stay competitive.

Qualifications:
– Proven 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role with hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns.
– Experience in Meta (FB and IG), TikTok, Linkedin, X(Twitter), and other major social platforms.
– Strong understanding of social media metrics and tools for analyzing campaign performance.
– Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
– Familiarity with PM and Social Media Management software.
– Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Docs.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe or Canva is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
– Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We will start with a 6-month probationary period while you are in training and learning if we are a good fit to work together. – Starting pay is determined by experience. We do a rigorous hiring process, so please be prepared.
