We are a small, tightly-knit, family owned-and-operated team that is dedicated to providing top notch care to our clients. As such, we simply do not have the time to dedicate to our social media pages and marketing campaigns. That’s where YOU come in! We are looking for a dynamic team player that is willing to hit the ground running with creative ideas, eye catching content creation and exemplary customer service skills. You will be given access to our suite of tools, branding kits, in-progress graphics and videos and more to get you off on the right track.

LIST OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create attractive and professional graphics, reels, and content for Instagram and Facebook posts that complement our current content using *Canva or a similar platform.
– Increase followers on all 3 company Social Media pages (Instagram and Facebook).
– Respond to interactions on Social Media platforms.
– Identify prospective customers in the Las Vegas commercial and residential space.
– Create and send informational emails to prospective customers.
– Be knowledgeable about the services we provide and equipment that we rent. We will help you out with this!
– Answer emailed questions in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
– Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services/products.
– Create, manage and update marketing campaigns using the most effective methods currently available. Which methods we use is up to you — you’re the expert.
– Submit graphics to management for approval before posting.
– Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
– Bring a positive, flexible and teamwork-oriented attitude every day!
– Attend weekly status meetings with Office Manager and/or Owner. Be prepared to show us what you’re working on!
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
– You need to be an excellent communicator, fluent in both written and spoken English.
– You need to ask great questions and be resourceful in finding information.
– You have to have drive. We would rather tell you to slow down than have to ask you to take action.
– You need a basic knowledge of all services and equipment on our website (Learning on-the-job is okay!)
– You must have excellent customer services skills that include honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude.
– You need interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network.
– Excellent knowledge of *Canva or a similar graphic design platform.
– Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook for businesses.
In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
– Microsoft Word
– *Canva
– *Hubspot
– Instagram
– Facebook
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs
– Communications apps like Teams, FB messenger, Instagram direct messages, etc.
*While we have had great success with Canva and Hubspot for our marketing campaigns, we are open to other platforms if you have a lot of experience using something different!
WORK SCHEDULE AND HOLIDAYS:
– We are open Monday thru Friday and take the weekends off. Our hours are 7am – 4pm PST and we do expect an overlap in schedules, so please be prepared to work early morning and/or evenings to allow time for direct correspondence. We welcome you to celebrate holidays that are important to your culture and will recognize those dates that are meaningful.
SALARY:
– $750.00 USD/month for full time (40 hours)
– Commission on profits will be available after 90 days of employment for all sales accrued due to your efforts!
