Job Description:
Warrior Extracts is seeking a dynamic Social Media Champion with a knack for sales to power up our online presence. This remote, part-time position offers the potential to grow into a full-time role. Ideal for a candidate from the Philippines who combines creativity with a sharp sales acumen, you’ll be pivotal in expanding our reach, engaging our audience, and boosting our sales online. Your mission: to elevate our brand visibility, foster deep connections with our community, and drive sales that resonate with Warrior Extracts’ ethos. Plus, you’ll earn commissions on sales you directly influence, showcasing your ability to turn social media interactions into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Sales and Lead Generation: Drive sales and lead generation efforts through strategic social media marketing, focusing on converting social media interactions into website traffic and sales. (PS—this is where the fun really begins for making money!)
– Commission-Based Incentive Planning: Work within a unique compensation structure that includes a base hourly pay plus commissions based on sales or affiliate recruitment resulting from your direct social media efforts.
– Social Media Strategy Development: You will craft and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, & X are the leading platforms. Other platforms will possibly be added in the future, such as TikTok,
– Rumble, etc.) to boost our brand’s presence and engagement. Our production team will provide the content.
Influencer and Affiliate Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers and affiliates who align with our brand, extending our reach and impact.
– Community Engagement and Management: Actively engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and social media posts, building meaningful relationships and fostering a supportive community.
– Follower Growth Initiatives: We will implement targeted strategies to grow our follower base, focusing on attracting potential customers and turning them into raving fans.
– Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Requirements:
– Social Media Expertise: Experience with various platforms (Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
– Emotional Intelligence – our clients are in PAIN, and they need to have empathy.
– Proven Direct Sales Achievements: Candidates must have a successful history in direct sales, with a focus on meeting or surpassing sales targets, and building lasting customer relationships.
– Proven Social Media and Digital Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing and growing social media platforms, preferably within the health, wellness, or e-commerce sectors.
– Expertise in Engagement Strategies: Deep understanding of how to engage an audience and foster community on social media platforms through commenting on stories, posts, DMs, etc.
– Content Interaction Skills: Exceptional ability in engaging with our current and expanding our target audience reach
– Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency with social media analytics tools, able to interpret data and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
– Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
– Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Drive, CRM software (Go High Level), and other tool (Asnasa & Slack)
– Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of social media trends and digital etiquette.
– Problem-solving Skills: Excellent ability to address challenges with emotional intelligence.
– Organizational Skills: Must be organized, adaptable, and possess a stable internet connection.
– Innovative and Adaptive: Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithm updates, ensuring content remains fresh and engaging.
– Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with effective time management and self-discipline.
