1. Salary is fixed and NONNEGOTIABLE
2. Must be eager to grow and show persistence in completing the tasks as well as reaching goals

5. You have to have a strong mindset to be able to keep up with the work pace as well as to submit outstanding outputs
6. Must be LOYAL and CONSISTENT – GOOD CHARACTER, not arrogant or disrespectful.

8. Must not quit too soon (If you’re planning to quit, you are required to train or endorse a replacement at least a month before quitting)
7. Must have internet access always!

IMPORTANT:

The job is full time because it is 7 days a week – but really the work is not long or hard – can take 2-4 hours a day, tasks include:

– finding viral reels (you can even spend time doing this a few times a week or daily as you come across them)
– tweaking short scripts for employers to make videos to using chatGPT
– HARMOZI font / The BOLD Character skillfully. Capcut/Inshot font and app skills.
– good in sales and affiliate marketing
– use VPN
– editing short videos/posts (Employer already partially edits)
– posting to IG 3 set times a day
– commenting back to people and DMing people (doesn’t take long, might not have a lot every day, sometimes just a few, some people are not eligible, and some not all reply back always)

No excuses of tardiness. PLEASE BE PUNCTUAL.

Applicants must have an aesthetic for social media posts to create catchy posts like the sample indicated above. Please look at each post to know the expectations for postings

YOUR TASKS:

1: Writing Short Scripts (modeling sample scripts and tweaking your own for videos)

2: Editing the daily success story post (captions on short videos/pics) creativity is a plus!

3: Posting 5 times a day on Instagram (specific times discussed with the employer) – MUST USE VPN

4: Posting 2 time a day on TT (must have good cell phone backup)

5: DM’s daily with people (good sales skills to sell product – script template is provided)

6: Coordinating with the employer through a messaging system daily for progress reports and updates. Daily!

7: Occasionally join meetings to learn on the program’s Zoom calls and study the course (self-pace) to understand the whole idea of the program

8: Learning new things to keep improving

9. Great rapport and personality with potential clients through selling products on DM’s

Extra Skills/Qualities
Must be good at posting and managing Instagram accounts
Talent with Canva Pro is good and Capcut knowledge!
Artistic talent with post edits/designs (samples provided)
Good at sales and selling products, and staying on top of it to make sales.
Resourceful, hardworking, respectful and teachable.

Must be willing to do a Zoom interview and also record an audition to see if you are a good fit talking about yourself, your goals, and your contribution, and also that you understand that quitting after training has been invested requires you to have to look for an immediate replacement which you will need to train at your own expense.
