As we continue to expand our brand presence and engage with our target audience, we are seeking a proactive and creative Home Decor Influencer Coordinator to join our team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, connecting with, and managing relationships with home decor, interior design, and lifestyle influencers to create engaging promotional content for our products.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Identification and Outreach:

Research and identify home decor, interior design, and lifestyle influencers across various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Evaluate influencers based on audience demographics, engagement metrics, and content quality to ensure alignment with our brand values and target market.
Initiate outreach efforts to establish partnerships, introduce our brand and products, and negotiate collaboration terms.
Collaboration Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for influencers, managing communication and coordination throughout the collaboration process.
Collaborate with influencers to develop creative concepts and content ideas that showcase our products in an authentic and engaging manner.
Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure that content meets brand guidelines and objectives.
Product Gifting and Campaign Execution:

Coordinate product gifting initiatives, including selecting appropriate products for influencers and arranging timely delivery.
Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring that influencers meet agreed-upon deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, measuring metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion to evaluate effectiveness.
Relationship Building and Partnership Expansion:

Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships and brand advocacy.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging influencers, and new opportunities for collaboration.
Explore innovative strategies to expand our network of influencers and reach new audiences within the home decor and interior design community.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing, with a focus on the home decor or interior design industry preferred.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.

Creative mindset with a passion for home decor and interior design aesthetics.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical skills to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
