Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Influencer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various social media platforms, create engaging content, and contribute to our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being on camera for short-form videos on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, while also possessing experience in managing LinkedIn posts, TikTok SEO, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord servers.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Create engaging and visually appealing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
Develop creative concepts and storylines to capture the attention of the target audience.
Stay updated with current trends and implement them effectively into content creation.

Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across different social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall brand objectives.

Influencer Outreach:
Identify and engage with relevant influencers and build meaningful relationships within the social media community.
Collaborate with influencers to develop sponsored content that aligns with the brand’s image and values.
Track and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

Community Engagement:
Monitor and actively engage with the brand’s online communities, including Facebook groups, Instagram comments, Twitter conversations, Discord servers, and other relevant platforms.
Foster a positive and supportive environment within the online community, encouraging active participation and discussion.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for various social media channels and prepare regular reports on audience engagement, reach, and growth.
Utilize analytics tools to gain insights and optimize content strategies to maximize impact and audience reach.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord.
Proficiency in creating short-form video content, with the ability to comfortably appear on camera.
Familiarity with TikTok SEO techniques and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt the tone and style for different platforms.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to stay updated with the latest social media trends and features.

Note:This is an internship position, designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for growth in the field of social media influencing and marketing.

Expectations:
Paid Internship
40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
The work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday only)
Permanent WFH setup
A dual monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
