Position: Social Media Instagram Marketer (Clothing Industry)
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Social Media Instagram Marketer for our clothing brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing Instagram-centric marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Your role will involve:
Strategy Development:
– Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate an Instagram strategy aligned with the brand’s overall marketing objectives and target audience.
– Identify trends and opportunities within the clothing industry to position our brand effectively.
Content Creation and Curation:
– Develop compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience, showcasing our clothing line and brand identity.
– Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
Content Calendar Management:
– Create and maintain a content calendar that ensures a consistent posting schedule and aligns with promotions, launches, and seasonal trends.
– Plan and schedule posts, stories, and reels for optimal engagement.
Audience Engagement:
– Engage with followers through comments, direct messages, and interactive features to build a loyal community.
– Monitor and respond to feedback, inquiries, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Analytics and Reporting:
– Utilize Instagram Insights and other analytics tools to track the performance of posts, stories, and campaigns.
– Generate regular reports to assess key metrics, identify trends, and propose optimization strategies.
Paid Advertising:
– Manage and optimize Instagram ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
– Collaborate with the paid advertising team to align strategies and budgets effectively.
Collaborations and Partnerships:
– Identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers, fashion bloggers, and other relevant entities to expand brand reach.
– Coordinate influencer collaborations and track their impact on engagement and sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
– Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically focused on Instagram, within the clothing or fashion industry.
– Proficiency in using Instagram’s business tools and analytics.
– Strong visual and creative sensibilities with an eye for design and aesthetics.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Familiarity with trends in the clothing industry and a passion for fashion.
– Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
– Experience with paid advertising and influencer collaborations is a plus.
