Join our fast growing company as a Social Media Investigations Analyst with fluent English language skills.

We are seeking an enthusiastic social media investigations analyst to join the production team of our Client, the innovator in online screening that makes hiring great people easy. Combining the groundbreaking AI technology and ability to integrate across the HR Tech stack, the solution compliantly searches 10,000 online public sources to help companies avoid workplace misconduct, prevent costly legal action and ultimately, make better decisions.

It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: from Monday to Friday. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific time zone

Your responsibilities:

– Conduct in-depth internet investigations;
– Use social media profiles, internet forums, and similar websites to provide digital evidence, using the internet to research and document social media information, interactions, posts, and personal media like photos;
– Investigate claimants on social media platforms, and complete in-depth reports on background data and social media findings;
– Administer identity resolution processes to ensure accuracy of content;
– Analysis of online content for any red flag behaviors;
– Compile quick and concise client reports;
– Self-monitoring of required performance metrics;
– Regular communication with product managers and team members to ensure high quality products and client satisfaction;
– Maintain strict confidentiality regarding subjects under investigation.

You are our perfect candidate if you have:

– Associate or Bachelor’s Degree;
– Experience and familiarity with a multitude of social networking sites;
– Exemplary time management skills;-
– Experience with Customer Service;
– Decent Geographical knowledge;
– An intuitive ability to search the internet and uncover information where others cannot. They should pride themselves in being able to find the “needle in the haystack.”;
– Excellent writing and communication skills in English (C1);
– Understanding the American culture and slang;
– Strong analytical mindset;
– Advanced attention to detail;
– Ability to focus on one topic at length while sitting and using computer for extended periods;
– Capability to work both independently and as a productive team member;
– Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
