You will direct, create and publish high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and more (including new social channels like TikTok). You will also be responsible for managing and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and tools. You should also have experience analyzing and reporting on social media metrics using analytics tools.

What You’ll Do
1. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
2. Direct the creation and publishing of relevant, original, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including blog posts, images, and videos. (We have a graphic designer on the team, so you will not need to spend any time in Canva or Photoshop).
3. Manage and schedule social media posts using tools such as Agorapulse (or other).
4. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
5. Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives. Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with business goals.
7. Manage the budget for social media advertising and promotional campaigns.
8. Stay current with industry trends and staying up-to-date with changes to social media platforms.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and management.
3. Proven track record of success.
4. Experience with creating and publishing high-quality content for social media.
5. Experience with analyzing and reporting on social media metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
6. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
8. Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
9. Familiarity with graphic design and photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva. (You won’t have to create anything, but a basic knowledge of what is possible will be advantageous).
10. Experience with paid social media advertising, such as Facebook Ads or Google AdWords.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
