Social Media Lead

We are a small boutique marketing agency based in Brisbane. Because we are small, we have a great little team of 4-5 of us with different tasks. We are only as good as the tasks that we do, how well we do them and what we want to achieve in the job.

I am looking for a Social Media expert – we will allocate you up to 5 hours a week and your sole responsibility will be to:
1 – Manage Social Media for up to 3 clients
2 – Put together Comprehensive and Precise social media monthly plans at the beginning of every month
3 – Design the posts in canva
4 – Implement the plans and use FB Meta to upload the posts for RGS – and interact with new visitors and forward all leads to the sales team
5 – Ability to create beautiful posts/reels/carousels – content for social media
6 – Interact and grow the RGS social media IG/FB/LinkedIn Accounts
7 – Write social captions on the odd occasion

You must have the below skills to be considered for this position:
1 – Fluency in english – written and spoken
2 – Be a great team player – communicate to the team via our Whatasapp Group Chat weekly
3 – Be organised
4 – Meet your deadlines every month
5 – Communicate like a pro
6 – Make suggestions to your manager on how to improve
7 – Be passionate about your job
8 – Be able to work autonomously – you will be required to download and use Timeproof
9 – Have at least 1-2 years of Adword experience – be able to show the results
10 – Ability to use Canva and do some light graphic design
