Noon – 9pm (8 hour shift with a one hour dinner break) – Negotiable for the right candidate

Responsibilities

3 main areas:
Social Media Marketing
Managing email marketing activities through Go High Level
Partnership Outreach

Social Media Experience

Develop Social Media Strategy: Work closely with the CEO to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Create and Publish Content: Develop engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media. Schedule and publish this content across various platforms.
Engage with Followers: Regularly interact with followers, responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and popular content. Incorporate relevant trends into the social media strategy.
Video Editing and creating reels.
Analyse and report on Performance: Track social media analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t. This includes follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, etc and regularly report it to the CEO.

Email marketing – through Go High Level

Experienced in Go High Level platform: Navigate and utilise all the features of Go High Level, including automation, email marketing, funnel creation, website creation
Create Email Campaigns: Design and set up email campaigns in Go High Level. This involves designing the email layout, and configuring automation rules.
Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly track the performance of email campaigns, generate insightful reports, and provide these findings to the team.
Manage Email Database: Keep the email list in Go High Level up-to-date, ensuring all contact information is accurate.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Go High Level and email marketing in general, including email deliverability.
Design and build stunning Sales pages and landing pages on brand.
Manage GHL calendars.
Troubleshoot bugs and issues in GHL.
Develop and manage affiliate program

Partnership Outreach

– No cold outreach
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with partners to help create greater brand awareness and secure opportunities and business.
Find Partners: Manage existing relationships and seek new businesses or people in collaboration with the business owner.
Outreach: Send initial emails to introduce business and opportunities.
Build Relationships: Keep in touch regularly and track follow ups. Develop a natural and easy system for follow up.
Create Collateral for Promo: Once we secure partnerships, manage the creation of lead magnet, funnel and automations, including testing.
Track Success: Monitor the campaign to ensure tech is working, and track stats.
Report: Update CEO on partnership’s progress.
Improve: Give feedback to CEO after the campaign on ways to improve.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Social Media
A minimum of 2 years experience with Go HIgh Level or a similar CRM eg Active Campaign, Ontraport
At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant working online for US, Australian or European clients.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing and partnerships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blog posts.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Eagerness to learn and stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Experience with Canva
Creative and clever design and copy.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
Experience working from home, remote, and 100% online.
Team player with strong collaboration and project management skills.
