Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and lead generation through LinkedIn and Facebook, (maybe additional platforms in the future) targeting real estate investors in need of funding for their projects.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Utilize LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and connect with potential real estate investors seeking funding.
Conduct research to identify key players and decision-makers in the real estate investment community.

Social Media Engagement:

Build and maintain a credible personal Facebook and LinkedIn profile.**Required to have currently**
Join relevant groups and communities related to real estate investment.
Interact with posts and engage in discussions to establish a presence in the real estate investment community.

Direct Messaging and Follow-Up:

Initiate direct messages to potential leads, introducing our funding solutions.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and address any inquiries.
Maintain a consistent and professional communication strategy.

Networking:

Attend virtual events, webinars, and networking sessions to expand your network within the real estate investment community.
Leverage social media platforms to connect with industry influencers and professionals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting through LinkedIn and Facebook.
Familiarity with the real estate investment industry is a plus.

Social Media Skills:

Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Facebook best practices.
Ability to navigate social media platforms effectively for business purposes.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft compelling and professional direct messages.

Self-Motivated:

Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.

Networking Skills:

Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
