As a Social Media Lead Generation Specialist at Fishing Wax, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and fostering engagement within the sports and trading card community. Key Responsibilities:
1. Competitor Live Show Monitoring:
Regularly observe live shows hosted by competitors on various social media platforms.
Analyze viewer engagement and identify potential leads interested in sports and trading cards.
2. Lead Identification and Data Collection:
Utilize a designated spreadsheet to meticulously record information about potential buyers during live shows.
Capture essential details such as buyer username, purchased product(s), and the amount spent.
3. Engagement Strategy:
Initiate follow-up actions on Fishing Wax’s social media accounts to establish connections with identified leads.
Craft personalized messages or comments to express appreciation for their engagement and interest in the hobby.
4. Relationship Building:
Foster ongoing engagement with leads to nurture relationships and build rapport over time.
Provide relevant information, updates, and exclusive offers to enhance their interest in Fishing Wax products and services.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly review and analyze collected data to assess lead generation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
