Social Media lead generation wanted!

Need someone who knows how to market on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Craigslist. ETC

My name is Robert Anchondo I’m A national sales Manager for Mom and Pops Business Funding located in Medford Oregon. Satellite offices are located in New York, Florida, and Arizona. With 103 full-time employees.

I have been to the Philippines 13 times doing mission trips and have a Filipina Wife. I have always wanted to help the people there by doing some type of job where they could make great good money not just enough to get buy.

As a Sales Manager, I have 60 Marketers here in the US. After a few months now I realize finely I could hire a person in the Philippines to do what we do here. All my people are 100% independent contractors, which means they work at their own pace and put in their own time whenever they can as they all have other full-time jobs. Some now have quit their jobs and only do Marketing for Mom and Pops business funding as their income has doubled and tripled. This means I need someone who is dedicated to working at least a few hours a day or more depending on the time you have. Money wise you will be paid 30% of the loan leads that you obtain for me. We loan from $5000 to 1 million dollars. Example

Part-timers average $300,000 a year and full-timers average $700,000 USC. The average loan is $150,000. I receive 7% of $10,500 your 30% would be $3150 or 157500 pesos The US marketers that work with me receive 5% of what leads are qualified and money loaned on. So, a yearly comparison of $300,000 was closed on as my commission pay. You would have made $90,000 USC or 4500000 pesos or 375000 pesos a month. So now take the full-time Marketer making $700,000 you would have made $210,00 or 1050000 Pesos or 875000 pesos a month. Now think about that! If you worked more on marketing these numbers would only increase. I only need one person who really knows his/her stuff. You will have your own MPB email so I know which leads come from you so you can be paid on them. You will work at your leisure. But I do need someone that will do the job as you will be the only one, I will hire to do this. No work equals no pay as you are an independent contractor working for yourself.

We can start you on this for now but as time goes on and I see you are doing the job there are other things we can do that will allow you to make more money and you can also hire others to work for you also.
