Live Bearded is seeking a full-time, experienced, socially savvy Social Listener to engage with our audience and enhance our organic social performance. You will work with our Content and Social Media Manager to engage with each audience comment, create dialogue, and build rapport to turn our viewers into Live Bearded raving fans.

Responsibilities
The objective of the Social Listening role is to cultivate a vibrant and respectful online community by implementing best practices in comment management, aligned with our core values of ‘Community Obsession’ and ‘Do Better.’ A successful candidate should be an expert at crafting thoughtful responses, acknowledging positive interactions, and strategically pinning comments to foster meaningful discussion.
Monitor all platforms for comments
Acknowledge every comment through a reply that conveys a personal touch
Address queries with helpful replies and by sharing relevant links
Moderate inappropriate or harmful comments promptly
Initiate discussions with the community by posing questions or seeking feedback
Strategically pin comments to initiate discussion and create further dialogue
Requirements
Background in customer service and/or copywriting
1+ years of experience in Social Media management and/or engagement
Strong written skills
Ability to adopt the brand voice
Attention to detail
A “leave no comment behind” mentality
