Job Overview:

Additionally, your data entry skills will be essential for tracking and analyzing the performance of our social media efforts.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
Create engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of content.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with the audience.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels, trending topics, and discussions related to our industry or brand and actively participate in relevant conversations.
Cultivate and grow our online community by fostering relationships with followers, influencers, and potential customers.
Sales Support:
Data Entry and Analysis:
Utilize data entry skills to maintain databases and records related to social media performance metrics, audience demographics, and other relevant data points.
Analyze social media data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the social media strategy.
Stay Updated on Social Media Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media management, incorporating innovative ideas into our strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on creativity and storytelling.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and track performance.
Sales support experience is a plus, with an understanding of how social media can enhance the sales process.
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for accurate tracking and reporting.
