Social media management and e-mail marketing, building an online presence for sales

Hello there, I am looking for someone to grow my brand online in social media and marketing – for long term, monthly work, 5-6 hours a day.

I am a psychologist and have been working in private practice for over 25 years. My main focus is spirituality & psychology.

Currently I am starting and building my online presence and offerings, such as books and courses and groups.

I mainly work with women on the topic of self-realisation and self-confidence and with high-quality content in the e-learning area for young children and parents.

Because of my target group, I am looking for a woman for this work.

The task is to develop and implement a strategy together with me:
1. Bring my brand to the outside world, position it and increase the visibility of my work and products
2. Develop and implement a marketing/sales structure for sales and the website

I am German and work in English and German, so all content must be in English and German. You don’t need to know German, but you should like the language. You can translate everything with a programme and I will check it again.

We will be in contact in writing in English, via email. I would like to coordinate with you regularly so that we can find out together what works well, what we need to change and where you need support.

Tasks are:
+ Setting up and maintaining social media accounts (YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok),
+ Lead generation, email marketing, creating funnels,
+ Newsletter, posting in selected forums,
+ create landing pages, salespages, Seo onpage, WordPress, blogs
+ Technical support and maintainance for customers, booking courses and groups.

It is important for me that you have a sense of organising and structure. I need someone who likes to set up, maintain and keep an eye on structures. You should like to be in regular contact with me via email.

You should have fun learning new things and enjoy working with tools to simplify and automate processes. I will give you the opportunity and time to test and familiarise yourself with tools.

The work is 5-6 hours a day, max $265 a month, depending on time. I would like to pay weekly and also a 13th salary.
