Virtual Assistant Services Brief for SMITHFLX

SMITHFLX is a leading creative agency specializing in branded content for business owners, entrepreneurs, and coaches. We are seeking to integrate virtual assistants who are skilled in digital marketing and have strong business development management (BDM) knowledge to optimize our internal processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Objective:
Our objective is to employ virtual assistants who excel in their specialized areas and can proactively contribute to the optimization of internal systems and processes. These professionals will play a crucial role in streamlining operations and enhancing the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management and Process Optimization:
Develop and manage a social media calendar, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment with our marketing goals.
Proactively identify and implement improvements in our social media management processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness based on analytical insights.
Must have basic + video editing skills and ability to produce UGC, as well as repurpose existing content
Paid Advertising and System Enhancements:
Oversee ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads, focusing on optimization for better performance and ROI.
Suggest and implement system improvements that enhance our ad management processes, contributing to more streamlined operations and better data utilization eg reporting dashboards/platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media, paid advertising
Strong background in business development management, with a demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools

Working Arrangement:
Virtual assistants will work remotely, requiring effective self-management and communication skills to coordinate with our in-house team.
Flexible working hours will be necessary to meet project deadlines and manage varying workloads
Weekly check ins with team leader to ensure consistent progress
