Social Media Management / Customer Service

Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for customer service? RM Tires is looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced online environment and love engaging with people, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Providing accurate information about our high-quality used tires and services.

Sending follow-up messages to customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any additional questions.

Conducting cold outreach to potential customers to promote our products and services.

-Scheduling appointments for customers and managing the appointment calendar.

-And other basic tasks/roles that are gonna be added daily

-Daily meeting going over the process

-In depth attention to detail and customer satisfaction

-Any customer you set up an appointment with you will receive extra payment/commission

-8am-8pm EST hours of operations 5-7 days a week

Qualifications:

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

-Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

-Experience in customer service or sales is a plus

-Comfortable with using digital communication tools, CRM systems, and scheduling software

-Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

-Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Perks

– Competitive salary 3-5 USD Per Hour

-We will have a 30-45 minute phone call daily just to check in with the team that you will be paid for.
I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will still get paid as long as on task of course.

-Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know ahead of time
