Our toys encompass STEAM learning concepts while nurturing creativity, physical skills, and emotional intelligence.

About the Position:
We seek a highly motivated and creative Social Media Management/Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, experienced in social media management, adept at building relationships with influencers and content creators, and will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in social media management across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
• Publish engaging, high-quality content, including reels, stories, posts, etc.
• Coordinate relationships with influencers to create and promote collaborative content.
• Monitor feedback and online reviews from customers and fans.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
• Serves as a backup Customer Support Specialist who provides timely and accurate assistance to customers via email and phone. Handle inquiries related to orders, returns, shipping, and product information with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST
• Experience in social media operations or a similar role is a MUST
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a MUST
• Proven customer service experience in the eCommerce environment is a MUST
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a remote work setup conducive to productivity.
• Solid proficiency in English and basic copywriting skills.
• Experience using eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, or similar is an ADVANTAGE
• Proficient using software programs such as Zendesk, ShipStation, or similar is an ADVANTAGE

Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time position in a work-from-home setup. You will be working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
