SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT EXPERT

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Expert with experience using Hootsuite to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.

Responsibilities:

Handle ALL of our social media and be actively engaged on
Instagram: Static posts, Reels, as well as slightly “animated or moving” posts through Canva.
Facebook: Writing posts and engagement.
Linkedin- Article writing posting and helping to draft the our company’s Newsletter on Linkedin
Twitter- Engagement and posting.
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand goals
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
Analyze social media data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve performance
Collaborate with other teams (content, design, etc.) to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
Create social media reports and present them to management
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)

Requirements:
Know how to use Facebook Ad Manager and do paid advertising/organize and pay for posts to be boosted on Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
Creative mindset and ability to generate new and innovative ideas
Ability to work well in a team environment
