Role Overview:
We are a leading real estate agency seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Social Media Management and Graphic Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging graphics tailored to the real estate market, and ensuring consistent communication with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring regular and engaging content updates relevant to the real estate industry.
– Design captivating graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital platforms using Canva, keeping in mind the nuances of the real estate market.
– Communicate effectively with the team and our audience, addressing inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
– Handle email communications, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails.
– Understand and utilize real estate lingo in communications and content creation.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Proficiency in Canva is a must.
– Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to manage multiple social media platforms.
– Proficient email management skills.
– Familiarity with real estate terminology and lingo.
– Familiar using google docs and sheets
Compensation and Work Schedule:
– Pay rate: $12/hour.
– The volume of work varies; some weeks may require up to 15-20 hours, while others may only require 5-10 hours.
– Can guarantee at least $300 worth of work a month
– Tasks will be emailed and are expected to be completed within 24-48 hours.
– We are looking for someone flexible, as there are no set hours each week. Payment will be made based on the actual hours worked.
