We need a social media manager.
We have a set of tasks below to help us find the right person. Last time we put out this job add there are 320 replies within 48 Hours so we have been specific in our tasks to separate the different levels of applicants.
Task 1 – We have a mix bag of social content. Some bangs hard, some is just ok and some fails. This is a mix of posts that create interactions and the comments section keeps the post alive. Vs some that have very good informative visuals, that inspire sharing and saving.
What would you repeat, retain and discard on our social platforms? What would be your strategy to increase engagement and followers? Please illustrate this with screen shots, graphics and any other way of making it clear to us what style and “feel” you think we should follow.
Task 2 – We would like to create viral content across various platforms. Please take a video of Jonas Dodoo from our YouTube channel and repurpose it to highlight what you would do to it to post on YouTube, ig and tiktok.
Task 3 – We intend to be disruptive with our content creation. – Please highlight the top 3 most inspiring content creators – how could you use their style/ cool transitions, vfx and creative recording technique that could be applied to athletic training and exercise content to inspire new trends in video collection.
Task 4 – This job will require you to direct how we record video , then direct a separate VA (and yourself) to create video effects to the content. Do you feel capable of doing so? if so please right /illustrate a script to direct us to record some video, then a script for a video editor to take said video and create some cool content.
