Social Media Manager

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Marketing Manager with strong digital experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key person in charge of identifying, managing and executing effective social media strategies that align with our company goals and objectives.

What you’ll be doing:
– Identify, develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for new channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube)
– Generate and execute social media content ideas in collaboration with other team members to drive brand awareness and engagement
– Run, analyse, report and improve the performance of both organic and paid social media campaigns
– Coach and influence other team members to use and adapt their social media to create both personal and company brand impact on the industry
– Take ownership of all social media content and ensure it’s aligned with company goals
– Develop and promote product recognition, build an audience
– Generate incoming traffic and user acquisition
We’re excited if you have:
– Work experience in SMM minimum 1 year
– Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
– Proven success growing social media channels from scratch and running campaigns, preferably on the European market.

– Excellent knowledge of advertising traffic on Facebook, Instagram,TikTok, YouTube
– Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
– Possession of social media targeting tools
– Possession of graphic editors will be a plus
– Imaginative ideas, a creative mindset, and a slight obsession with social media
