Job Posting: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives. Conduct research to identify target audience, social media trends, and competitor analysis to inform strategy development on Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Clapper, and TikTok.
Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling social media content, including posts, images, videos, stories, and other multimedia assets, that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand guidelines.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers to build relationships and foster community engagement.
Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators in the industry to promote our brand and products. Manage influencer partnerships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance tracking.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and giveaways. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization to achieve maximum results.
Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and platforms, and generate reports to track key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Use insights to refine social media strategies and tactics.
Community Management: Engage with the online community, including followers, fans, and customers, by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with the community and manage any customer service issues or feedback.
Social Media Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to improve social media marketing efforts. Experiment with new features, formats, and platforms to optimize social media performance.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, content, design, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with external partners, such as influencers, agencies, and vendors, to execute social media initiatives effectively.
Brand Management: Ensure social media content and campaigns are consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and voice. Protect and enhance the brand reputation by monitoring social media conversations and addressing any potential issues or crises proactively.
Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking. Stay updated on social media advertising trends and best practices to drive maximum results.
Social Media Calendar and Reporting: Maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and content planning. Generate regular reports on social media performance, including insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple social media accounts.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in the industry.
