As a Social Media Manager, your role will be to oversee and execute social media strategies for our organization, enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence on various platforms and implementing effective campaigns to promote our products/services and strengthen our online community.
Responsibilities:
***Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with the organization’s goals and target audience. Identify key platforms for our brand presence and determine the most effective strategies to reach and engage our target audience.
***Content creation and curation: Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other media formats. Curate and share user-generated content to foster a sense of community and increase user engagement.
***Social media management: Manage and monitor the organization’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Regularly post updates, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to maintain an active and positive social media presence.
***Community management: Build and nurture an online community by actively engaging with followers, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. Foster positive relationships with customers, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
***Collaboration and coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, design, and content, to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies or vendors, if necessary, for content creation or ad campaigns.
Qualifications:
***Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
***In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
***Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience in tracking and interpreting relevant metrics.
***Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools.
***Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
***Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content.
This position is full-time (40 hours a week-Eastern Time Zone)
