Job Title: Social Media Manager
Work hours: Part-time 20 hours per week
Timezone: Central Standard Time (US)
Initial work schedule: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CST, Mondays to Fridays
Rate: $6-7 per hour DOE

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and engagement. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing our social media accounts, engaging with our audience, setting appointments, generating leads, and creating engaging content. Your experience in social media management and proficiency in relevant tools and programs are essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our social media accounts to maintain an active online presence and drive engagement.
Social Media Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a sense of community.
Appointment Setting: Utilize your experience to set appointments effectively, aligning with our business objectives.
Lead Generation: Apply lead generation strategies and tools to generate potential business opportunities.
Social Media Content and Graphics Creation: Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and visuals, to maintain our social media presence.
Familiarity with Tools/Programs: Be familiar with social media tools, lead generation tools, and appointment setting tools to optimize your performance.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Social Media Manager role or a similar position.
Proven experience in social media management and engagement to drive brand awareness and growth.
Strong expertise in appointment setting and lead generation.
Proficiency in social media tools, lead generation tools, and appointment setting tools to optimize performance.
Nice to Haves:
Strong interest and curiosity about advancements in AI (Artificial Intelligence) to explore AI-driven solutions for improved processes.
Interest in sustainable practices and green technologies, such as waste management and recycling.
