Official Role Title: Account Manager – Social Media & Video Editor
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute social media contents (static and video) on a weekly/monthly basis
Edit raw assets sent by the client to standards set by the company
Manage social media accounts by posting edited content as frequently as the client requires
Manage all social media accounts including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube, YouTube Shorts
Maintain design standards for social media contents created by the client
Constantly staying up to date on trends within each individual platform
Analyze success and create monthly reports
Consistently monitor platform strategy and trends to ensure the client is always leveraging tactics and strategies for success
Create weekly reports on performance showing metrics including but not limited to: Shares, Comments, Likes, Followers, Views
From the hours of 8am – 5pm (Client US Timezone*)
Remain available at all times throughout the day to respond and communicate when needed
Job Qualification & Skill Sets
Ability to edit video using the adobe suite of products, Filmora, Capcut, Kinemaster, etc.
Ability to edit photos using adobe suite of products, Canva, etc.
Have a working knowledge and experience with marketing and social media platforms
Outstanding design and brand skills to ensure eye catching content that fits the standard provided by the client
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working directly with clients and communicating results and advice
Confident in communicating suggestions, updates, advice, and guidance to client
Must be timely with delivery
Must remain consistent to client standards
VPN allowing adjustment in location to ensure content is being seen by algorithms as in the location of the client
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive
Ability to complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner
Capable of analyzing and communicating data to ensure results are continuing to grow
Excellent in strategizing and problem solving
