Phoenix Workwear is an Australian-based apparel brand operating both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business, shipping our products to the UK, NZ, and Australia and supplying some of Australia’s largest multi nationals brands with Phownix and custom workwear.

Our mission is to empower our customers to overcome what holds them back and break the stigma around mental health

The social media manager will join the foundations of our new marketing team, focused on managing the end-to-end process of the social media strategy to drive organic website sales, community engagement, and new business leads.

Ideal candidates will have a previous background working in social media/marketing. Additionally, we are interested in individuals with a track record of finding creative solutions to unique problems who thrive in challenging situations and who want to apply these skills.

Key Responsibilities – How You Will Make a Difference:

Manage the end-to-end social media marketing process, marketing calendar and content strategy to generate new customers and leads to drive growth and help take the brand to the next level
Manage the end-to-end influencer process and its execution
Provide social media reports, research social trends, and position the brand at the forefront of trending moments to seize opportunities to drive growth and develop new products,

Who You Are:

– 2+ years of proven in-role experience. Track record in developing a social media strategy and generating growth
– Strong marketing skills, including experience with social media tools. You live and breathe social media.
– A results-driven attitude, with a bias for learning and sharing.
– Impeccable written and verbal communication
– Have the ability to work under pressure
– Works well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
– Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and autonomous environments.
– And most importantly, your approach to work aligns with our company culture
