Job Description

Your role as a Social Media Manager is to oversee and manage the models’ presence and activities on various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Creating and curating content for all social media platforms on time.
* Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics.
* Prepare daily activities and social media improvements.
* Engage with the followers on social media and respond to comments and DMs directing them to the company link.
* Staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
* Determine and identify the model’s niche for advice on what she can post, which must align with her personality.
* Contact the sales manager to ensure that the correct content is being posted on social media, ensure that the sales manager is providing appropriate advice, and make any necessary updates to the account’s traffic to assess the effectiveness of the social media strategies.
* Creating and sending out personalized weekly trends with the help of the sales managers (identifying which content the models can and cannot do. Example: Only including lip sync and transition trends since the model is uncomfortable with dancing trends, and it must be approved by the QA or Social Media head strategist)
* Create a one-week advance schedule for the content and captions that must be submitted every Friday, and it must be approved by the QA or Social Media head strategist.
* Help sales managers with setting up the model’s social media accounts properly (Social media head should provide a file with guidelines that social media managers should strictly follow and implement)
* Must prepare weekly status reports (followers, engagement, views, and clicks) on all social media platforms.
* Ensure that the Notion and daily activities sheets must be updated.

* 6+ months of experience in social media management.
* Proven excellence in social media management.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to stay up-to-date on social media trends.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to create engaging and creative content (text, image, video).
* Knowledge in graphics and design.
* Trustworthy and can keep company confidential information.
