Job Description

As the Social Media Manager at CVC Systems, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement across various social platforms. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, particularly emphasizing our initiatives in renewable energy and sustainability, enhancing our digital footprint, and cultivating a strong community of followers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform with a focus on renewable energy and sustainability.

Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and brand messaging, highlighting our renewable energy initiatives.

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Manage and oversee social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online discussions to build a positive brand community.

Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Demonstrated ability to grow and engage social media communities.

Familiarity with SEO, web traffic metrics, and basic graphic design skills is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability, with the ability to communicate our initiatives effectively.
