Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, including YouTube shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and more. Your goal is to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and, most importantly, attract new guests. In addition to content creation and management, you will play a proactive role in guiding our team and requesting specific trends or videos for our stylists to create.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity. This includes creating images, videos, and other engaging multimedia content.
Content Publishing: Regularly post and schedule content on all relevant social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that focuses on Gary Vaynerchuk’s philosophy of publishing 8 to 15 pieces of content daily across various platforms.
Engagement and Community Building: Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
Trend Forecasting and Guidance: Stay updated on industry trends and provide guidance to our team for creating specific content that aligns with current trends.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and track the success of campaigns.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Explore opportunities for collaborations with influencers, other businesses, and industry-related partners to expand our reach.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: A strong track record in social media management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including YouTube shorts, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, and more.
Content Creation Skills: Ability to create and edit multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics.
Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset to plan and execute effective social media campaigns, in line with Gary Vaynerchuk’s content philosophy.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and report on performance.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with the online community.
Passion for Beauty and Hair Industry: A genuine interest in the beauty and hair industry to create engaging and relevant content.
Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas to captivate our audience.
Self-motivated: A self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends.
