Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to oversee the management and publication of content across our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering meaningful interactions and increasing user engagement while possessing strong content creation skills. In this role, you will develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities:
– Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
– Content Planning: Plan and schedule social media content calendars in advance, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.
– Content Creation: Develop and edit high-quality video and photo content optimized for social media platforms. This includes editing overlays, captions, voice-overs (AI-generated or recorded), and audio.
– Copywriting: Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.
– Campaign Management: Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creative development, and performance monitoring.
– Engagement: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.
– Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
– Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to continuously improve our social media presence.
– Influencer Relations: Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
– Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
– Experience in creating video and photo content for social media, including a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation for fashion brands or similar industries.
– Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms, including budget management and performance analysis.
– Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) is a plus.
– High-performance computer and ample storage space for content creation tasks.
