Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling, witty, and shareable content tailored for TikTok and Instagram audiences.
Monitor trends and leverage viral opportunities to increase follower count and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to produce trendy and relevant content.
Analyze performance metrics, providing reports on engagement, growth, and ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers, responding to queries, comments, and messages to foster a vibrant community.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing TikTok and Instagram accounts with significant followings.
Strong understanding of current trends, hashtags, and algorithms on TikTok and Instagram.
Creative flair for producing visually appealing and viral-worthy content.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Technical Requirements:

Competency in image and video editing software.
