Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence across various platforms. This role will play a pivotal part in crafting our online voice, engaging our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our goals and branding objectives.
Create engaging, high-quality content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram and email campaigns.
Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to enhance our online presence.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the recruitment industry or related field.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a remote/part-time capacity.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
Location: Remote

Hours: Part-Time (5-10 hours per week)
