Social Media Manager

We are looking to hire an amazing Social Media Manager who will be the heart, soul and voice across all of our social media accounts. We expect that you are well-versed in the latest technologies and up-to-date with social media trends. We’d love for you to help us boost and grow our brand audience by producing exceptional results while adhering to the company’s quality standards and marketing goals.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

– Able to identify and stay updated with social media trends, technologies and tools.
– Must consistently perform valuable research on audience preferences to keep our followers enticed.
– Create an effective strategy for nurturing our brand that is within the company’s goals.
– Create engaging and “original” content on a daily basis. NO PLAGIARISM OF ANY KIND. I run all posts through a plagiarism detector, and it is an IMMEDIATE ground for termination.
– Collaborate and communicate accordingly with me and/or other teams to guarantee brand consistency.
– Connect, engage, and respond to our followers and everyone who reaches out to us, in a timely manner.
– Bring to the table any suggestions that can help us find new ways to improve our brand.

– Must have proven work experience growing accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube.
– Outstanding research skills.
– Expertise in consistently providing appealing and original contents.
– Must possess strategies and ideas for connecting, engaging, and converting an audience.
– Smart and witty.
– Can work both as part of the team and independently.
– You should be meticulous and subtle to details.
– Must be a great content writer and a creative thinker.
– Should possess awesome storytelling skills.
– Good time-management skills.
– Should be flexible and adaptive to change.
– Must know how to use a post scheduler like Click to view or HootSuite.
