Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple social media platforms, including X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s goals and values, and creates engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and followers
– Manage and schedule content across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and quality
– Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
– Analyze and report on social media metrics, using data to inform future content and engagement strategies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
– Proven track record of success in growing social media presence and engagement
– Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
– Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud
– Strong communication and project management skills

Nice to Have:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
– Experience with paid social media advertising
– Certification in social media marketing or a related field
