We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with specialized experience in strategizing for different brands. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms, along with a proven track record of driving engagement, traffic, and conversions for online retail businesses. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of e-commerce brands.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and executing successful social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, etc.).
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to analyze social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
– Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
– Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and design work.

Responsibilities

– Strategy Development
Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of e-commerce brands.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

– Performance Analysis and Optimization
Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
Utilize analytics tools and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media campaigns accordingly.
Stay updated on emerging trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce to drive continuous improvement.

– Campaign Management
Plan and execute targeted social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales for e-commerce products.
Monitor campaign performance, A/B test variations, and adjust targeting parameters to maximize results and ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.

– Stakeholder Communications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall business objectives, product launches, promotions, and events.
Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance, initiatives, and upcoming campaigns to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with goals.
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-promotion, partnerships, and collaborations with other departments or external brands to amplify brand presence and reach new audiences.
